Summary:
With the continuous maturity of lithium-ion battery technology, lithium batteries have gradually become the main source of power for small robots. In order to maximize the charging of the lithium battery while ensuring safety, a smart lithium battery pack charger is proposed. The principle, composition and overall structure of the balanced charging unit system are introduced. The function and internal structure of the constant current charging unit are discussed in detail, as well as the design of the processor in terms of data acquisition and control output. Finally, the smart charger is proposed in the software function. The specific design of the planning, the software flow chart is given.
